I have a user that is using Adobe converter 8 and is unable to add a pdf to the fillable form I created in Adobe professional.  He gets a different browse "Icon" screen than I do and when he select pdf and press open, it places a memo/comment symbol in the PDF instead of the actual picture to the fillable form.  If I right click on the symbol I get a window with a variety of selections - Select Open file it displays the pdf he was trying to insert on the form in a separate PDF.  The javascript I used was event.target.buttonImportIcon();
