Can a combobox fill another combobox

I was wounding if you have 2,3 or more combo boxes can you use the selected data to fill the item list of another?

So if i have

Box 1 you pick Red

Box 2 you pick Green

Box 3 will have the option of Red or Green

i been looking and have not bean unable to locate anything related to this
