I am novice when it comes to JavaScript, so any and all help is very much appreciated. The root of my problem is that I have a generic fillable form (asks for name, address, etc.) that is used to gauge citizen interest. I would like to embedded a command through a button that performs the following action: 1) populates the file name based on values in two fields - "Name" and "SSN" - Example: John Smith - 1234.pdf --> 2) saves the file to a specific folder - "C:\Users\voterreg\Desktop\EOInterestForm --> 3) automatically resets or clears the form after it is saved. I want to minimize user control as much as possible. Is this possible? If so, do you have a sample command I can try?
