extract part of a form

I've created a digital form in Acrobat Pro.

This form contains 10 chapters.

Each chapter contains 3+ pages.

My client wants to fill in a chapter and then export that chapter as a PDF.

For example:

He fills in chapter 3 and chapter 3 has 5 pages.

Now he wants to click a button to save only those 5 pages as a separate PDF.

Is this possible?

And if yes, how do i do that.
