Auto populate current date into date field when digital signature field signed

I have a form that I created that have multiple date and signature fields.  I would like to have the date field that corresponds to the signature block be updated with the current field when the digital signature fiels is signed.  For example digital signature field digsig1, should update digsig1date field with the current system date.
