Conditional Checkbox from Radio Button Value

I am creating an assessment form for use at my company. The form template already exists so I imported the form into Acrobat and added radio buttons and check boxes next to the selections. The form has a group of radio buttons ("R1", "R2", "R3", "R4", and "R5") that will toggle a "required approver" check box depending on the selection of the radio button. For example, if R1 = On then CheckBoxMarketing = On and CheckBoxService = On, or if R2 = On then CheckBoxMarketing = On only. I am having trouble creating the code for this so any help would be appreciated.
