My creative team is using Acrobat Pro 8 and we use commenting and markup quite extensively for a paperless workflow. When our creative department sends out proofs to our Product Mgt team, clients or vendors we need to enable commenting through Acrobat. Well, sometimes this gets overlooked and we have a folder full of locked PDFs without comments being enabled. This means we have to resave all the PDFs with comments enabled. Does anyone know of a script I can run that enables comments outside of Acrobat?
From what I understand, Acrobat 9 does this automatically, but upgrading just isn't in the cards right now.
