PDF document, print some pages once, others twice

I am working in Acrobat Pro XI. I have created a form in which some pages need to be printed once and others twice. For instance, I have a 7 page document. Page 1 needs to print once. Pages 2, 3, 4, 5, and, 6 need to print twice. Page 7 needs to print once.

I have a print button created, but not sure how to go about with the scripting of this. I'd like the user to click on the button and it prints with the number of copies expressed above.
