Is there a button command that navigates back to the page you were on before you navigated to the existing page?

I need to add a button to a pdf that will enable users to jump back to the page that they came from.  For example if somebody goes from page 4 to page 8 I need to add a 'back' button on page 8 that will navigate back to page 4. This is not the same as a previous page action which would only take the user back to page 7 - rather than back to page 4.
